Sun Valley is simply incredible! This was our 3rd time using them and they have consistently delivered for us. We used another company before and they were good, but Sun Valley is on a whole other level. The first two trips were vacations and everything went incredibly smooth. They are a great value and have over the top customer service. Booking, clear pricing, payment, and pickup/dropoff are all very smooth. They bring the car to you (once at the airport and once at a local hotel) and go over everything and get you all set to go. Cars are clean and well-maintained. This last rental was for 3 weeks as we have moved here permanently. We rented a car until we could finalize our purchase of a vehicle in CR. They brought the car to our AirBnB when we arrived and they helped us secure transportation from the airport to our AirBnB with our 10 bins, luggage and our large dog. When we needed to extend the reservation, it was no problem. Aaron & Randall were so incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Sun Valley and will be sending our friends and family to them when they come to visit.

Excellent first class service. The experience with Sun Valley rent a car was wonderful from the first minute. They answered all the questions we had via WhatsApp in a matter of minutes, in a detailed and friendly way. The 4×4 we booked (Suzuki Grand Vitara) was in perfect condition and really easy to drive. I want to leave an express mention for Randall who explained us how to use the 4×4, button by button, and was extremely clear and kind indicating us the conditions of the car rental contract. He also waited for us at the airport (the area where we agreed to pick up the 4×4) to deliver it to us and to receive it at the agreed time.
The company is very serious, responsible and they do NOT charge for “last minute” concepts like other companies, the price and conditions are clear from the first moment (and they include in the price the possibility of two drivers, which was very useful for us). Thank you very much!

We rented an AWD SUV for 8 days. The vehicle was delivered to us at the airport and collected there as well, which was very nice. We got a free cooler. The employee that met us was SO polite and explained some basic rules/expectations/laws about driving in CR.

They were also very gracious at drop off when we were late because of traffic. Overall would rate our experience with Sun Valley 10/10!

Sun Valley Rent A Car saved the day for us. We had heard before arriving to make sure and get a full quote from whichever rental company you use and to not have any additional charges added. We went with a large name company to be safe and were told before hand what the price was. When we arrived they practically charged us double. We walked out!
Soon we found Sun Valley, they were friendly, transparent and service oriented. They brought the car to us at the airport(no shuttle) and honored the price they stated on the phone. They were GREAT!
